Antonelli, PH.D., LPC
Dr. Fred Antonelli is a Certified Marriage and Family Temperament Therapist specializing in Pastoral Christian Counseling.
Dr. Antonelli has served as a senior pastor for twenty-three years.
He also was host for nine years of the popular nationally syndicated
Christian teen and young adult radio show, Rock Alive, heard over
both the CBN Radio Network and the Salem Radio Network. Using his
skills in marriage communication and pastoral experience, Dr. Fred
Antonelli will enthusiastically share his perspective on how you
can maintain God’s very best in having a satisfied and joyous marriage
through his proven "Marriage Management" and "Genuine Manhood" seminars!
Additionally, he is a consultant to churches through leadership training,
conflict resolution and
church restructuring.
Fred is ordained through the Elim Fellowship out of Lima, NY, a
Clinically Licensed Pastoral Counselor with the National Christian
Counselors Association as well as holding membership with the American
Association of Christian Counselors and membership in
the American Counseling Association and the International Association
of Marriage and Family Counselors. Fred holds a BA in Theology from
International Seminary, an M.A. in Clinical Christian
Counseling from Cornerstone University in Lake Charles,
Louisiana, and a Ph.D. in Clinical Christian Psychology from
Cornerstone University. Fred also holds a Mental Health License (LPCMH)
with the State of Delaware.
Dr. Antonelli is founder and president of Life Counseling Center
in Easton, MD, Salisbury, MD and Dover, DE. He has been joyously
married for 37 years to his high school sweetheart, Debbie, and
they have three children and six grandchildren.

Heide
Halik, MSW, LCSW-C
Heide’s area of practice include: Depression and related mood disorders, codependency/relational
issues, anxiety and panic disorders; obsessive-compulsive disorders, sexual abuse;
trauma (PTSD), grief, teen issues, psychosis, faith-related issues, family counseling,
and crisis pregnancy counseling.
Heide received her Masters degree in Social Work from The Catholic University
of America. She has had additional training through Reformed Theological Seminary,
the American Association of Christian counselors and other miscellaneous organizations.
Special Training and Experience: Heide formerly worked for Meier New Life
Clinics in Fairfax, Virginia providing outpatient care and running groups for
their day program. Prior to that Heide ran New Life Clinics inpatient also
worked for the Psychiatric Institute of Washington, Baltimore Behavioral Health
and interned at the Veterans Affairs National Medical Center. She is also a
trained crisis pregnancy counselor and established and ran a program to provide
counseling and support for inner city children in Washington, DC. Prior to
switching careers to the mental health/counseling field, Heide worked as a
lobbyist for an association in Washington. Heide accepted Christ at the age
of seven and continues to pursue Him and His love, forgiveness, and will on
a daily basis.

Cindy
Heck, LCPC MA RN-BC BSN
Cindy Heck earned her Bachelors degree in Psychology from Oral Roberts
University and a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Research College
of Nursing/Rockhurst College. She has a Masters in Counseling from
MidAmerica Nazarene University. Cindy has worked in the mental health
field since 1992. She has specialized in working with individuals
who have chronic pain, chronic illness, obesity, and stress management
issues since 1997. From this passion and personal journey Cindy
wrote and published a book entitled Yet I Will Praise Him: Devotions
of Praise Through Chronic Pain. She is a national speaker who enjoys
developing and leading groups and seminars for medical and mental
health professionals as well as those who are physically and emotionally
hurting. Cindy is board certified in pain management through the
American Nurses Association. She is also a member of American Association
of Christian Counselors.
Cindy is passionate about working with individuals who live with chronic pain and illness. She specializes in stress management with high risk populations such as individuals with heart disease, diabetes, type A personality traits, and chronic pain. She has a special heart for those who struggle with weight loss as she has successfully lost over 200 pounds. She deeply understands this journey and that of chronic pain, both professionally and personally. She is well versed in working with individuals who suffer with depression, anxiety, and trauma (physical/sexual/accident-crisis) related issues.
Cindy accepted Jesus Christ as her Savior at age 7. Through various losses, trauma, and pain, she developed a deep walk with the Lord and now helps to foster this in others. Cindy is happily married to James who is an Eastern Shore native. James and Cindy actively serve in their local church.
Cindy approaches counseling from a cognitive behavioral and family systems
approach. She merges medical and behavioral models with Biblically
based counseling to bring an opportunity for the Lord to bring true
wholeness. She aims to equip and empower people to walk in their
God given purpose.

 Robb Horner, MA
Robb’s dramatic conversion to Christ in 1998 led to a renewed educational
pursuit and a passion for full time service in ministry. He previously
served 5 years as lay minister for Emmaus Prison Ministry that
observed healing prayer and the restoration of souls. He currently
leads and participates
in several small groups for men, one being leading a Faithful & True
sexual addictions group. Robb is also serving as the Pastor of Discipleship
for Oasis Covenant Fellowship in Easton, MD. He also has served
as keynote speaker for several local prayer breakfasts.
Robb holds a ministerial license through the Elim Fellowship of
Lima, NY. He has achieved a B.A. in Christian Counseling from Southwest
Bible College & Seminary and an M.A. in Human Services Counseling
from Regent University. Robb has received Board Certification in
Temperament Therapy and is recognized as a Licensed Clinical Pastoral
Counselor by the National Christian Counseling Association. He is
currently working through the Doctorate program with the N.C.C.A.
He is also a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. Robb is also recognized by the AACC as a Certified Sexual Addiction Counselor.
As a lifetime resident of the Eastern Shore, Robb currently resides
in Easton, Maryland with his wife Beth, and daughter, Kendall. His
experience in the business community includes formerly owning a
family restaurant as well as a local computer shop.
Robb’s approach to counseling centers on the grace of God and the ministry of His Word through the power of the Holy Spirit. As a Pastoral counselor in a clinical setting, Robb utilizes contributions from both a biblically sound perspective as well as a cognitive behavioral and Family Systems approach to therapy. Robb’s passion as well as expertise is in Marriage therapy. His skills are also strong in counseling individuals and families in a private or group setting. His deepest desire is to see the miraculous restoration ministry of Jesus Christ made real in the lives of hurting & emotionally
wounded people.

Jessica
Ives, MA, NCC, LCPC
Jessica Ives received her Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Indiana
Wesleyan University in 1999. After spending 2 years in Kansas and
being used by God in incredible ways, Jessica began to feel the call
of God to pursue counseling. Jessica graduated with honors from Indiana
Wesleyan University with her Masters of Arts in Marriage and Family
Counseling in April 2004.
Jessica specializes in children has been professionally trained
by the National Institute of Relationship Enhancement in Bethesda,
MD for Child Centered Play Therapy and Filial Therapy. Jessica has
a passion for working with young children and their parents and
she loves working where she feels God has called her.
Jessica is a Maryland State Licensed Therapist, Nationally Certified
Counselor and a trained child centered play therapist. She is a member of the Association of Play Therapists, the American Association of Christian Counselors, the American Counseling Association, and Chi Sigma Iota
Jessica, her husband Dustin, and son Ethan reside in Easton, Maryland where Dustin is a senior pastor. Jessica enjoys being a pastor's wife and sees that as an asset to her counseling. Jessica grew up on the Eastern Shore and loves being close to home. :: up ::

Gail
Miller,
MA
Counseling/psychology has always been a point of interest for Gail and after marrying and raising a family of her own, she felt God drawing her even closer in that direction. At the same time, she also felt the need to receive a deeper and clearer understanding of God’s word and his purpose for her. She believes it was God who led her to attend the Washington Bible College in Lanham, MD for two years and then complete her undergraduate degree at Central State University when she and her husband relocated to Ohio for three years. Upon moving back to the East coast, Gail continued her educational pursuit and graduated from Chestnut Hill College (CHC) in Philadelphia, PA, earning a Master’s degree in counseling/psychology. She firmly believes counseling is one of God’s gifts to her. While her specialization at CHC was Marriage and Family counseling, she has also worked at local, state and privately funded organizations providing counsel to “at risk” youth with a myriad of complex personal and family issues.Gail and her husband currently reside in Delaware. God has blessed them with a wonderful loving and caring adult children who now have children of their own. All of her family including her grandchildren know and love the Lord. They recognize the importance of serving God and His church and are active in various ministries in their local church.

Bob Rausch, Ph.D.
Dr. Bob Rausch is internationally known as The Energy Doctor - Fuel for Life and Faith; helping professionals, executives, and leadership teams increase performance, productivity, and sales; while reducing stress and fuel the development and growth of their business. With over 28 years of experience Dr. Bob is an expert in the field of executive coaching and business leadership both in the Christian and Secular arena. His unique approach helps professionals at every level restore the initial enthusiasm and energy in the work.
Dr. Bob has coached hundreds of leaders in the United States, Canada and Europe helping them to effectively use the gifts and talents God has given them to accomplish their goals in life. He is a clinically licensed psychologist as well as a certified Executive Coach and a registered corporate coach. Dr. Bob received his Bachelors and Masters degrees in Psychology from Louisiana Tech University and his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the Fielding Institute in Santa Barbara, Ca. He founded The Family Therapy Center in Shreveport, La. and was privileged to log more than 35,000 hours serving as a counselor while managing his team of seven therapists. In 1992 he began his coaching/consulting career and since then has worked with secular and Christian leaders around the globe.
In 1976 Dr. Bob was ordained as a Southern Baptist Minister and served as the Assistant Pastor of Summer Grover Baptist Church in Shreveport, La. from 1975 until 1979. He also taught Pastoral Counseling for The New Orleans Baptist Seminary at The Broadmoor Baptist Church campus in Shreveport, La. His Christian Faith and his experiences in the ministry have influenced his coaching and consulting practice around the world.
He was awarded The Readers Favorite Award in 2003 and 2004 from the Fabricators & Manufacturers Association International. He was also was twice nominated for Author of the Year by GAYA (Georgia Author of the Year Award) which is one of the most prestigious literary awards in the nation, and the oldest in the Southeastern United States. His most recent book, The Overwhelmed Servant - Avoiding the Three Traps of Spiritual Burnout deals with stress and burnout experienced by Christians in corporations and traditional ministries.
As an international known speaker, Dr. Bob also spoke to over 25,000 people throughout North America and Europe, including The University of Toronto and York University in Toronto, Canada and Employee Assistance Programme of Bermuda and Louisiana Tech University. He has also presented workshops for Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, Merck Pharmaceuticals, and Kimberly-Clark and New York Life Insurance Company.
Dr. Bob is not all about business. He is a Master Scuba Diver as well as an avid weightlifter and has participated in numerous triathlons' and 100-mile bike races in West Texas. He and his wife Jinger have five sons and two grandsons and reside in Dallas, Texas.

Mary Beth Rimmer, MA, LPCMH
Mary Beth received her MA in Counseling from Regent University in 1995 and became a State of Delaware Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCMH) in 1999. She is also a Nationally Certified Counselor and a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors.
Her former counseling experience includes the Sussex Pregnancy Care Center in Georgetown, Delaware where she served as their Counseling Director. She also worked as a therapist for Catholic Charities where she specialized in adolescent, marriage and family issues. While at Catholic Charities, she co-lead adolescent group therapy sessions with at-risk youth. She currently works part-time as the School Counselor at Delmarva Christian High School in Georgetown, Delaware. Mary Beth's counseling strengths are in Marriage & Family, Marriage Conflict Counseling and Individual Counseling.
She has been happily married to her best friend, Chris, for 18 years. They have 2 children together named Lydia and Noah. She currently resides in Georgetown, DE and is an active member in her church fellowship, Bayshore Community Church.
Mary Beth counts it a true privilege to walk with people through difficult seasons in their lives and desires for her clients to experience the presence and liberating power of Christ within the counseling process!

Anthony
Trader, MSW, “LGSW”
Life Counseling Center welcomes, Anthony Trader, MSW, “LGSW” to it’s
Salisbury office. Anthony joins Barry Wheeler as a staff therapist
at our Beaglin Park Plaza office. Anthony is a positive and highly
motivated Christian with a passion for sharing the person of Jesus
Christ with others. He received his Master’s degree in Social Work
from Salisbury University. He has previously worked at Eastern Correctional
Institute & Eastern Shore Psychological Services running day groups
and working in the Intensive Outpatient Unit. He also has worked with
“at risk” middle and high school students for many years doing summer
camps in the local area. Anthony also has had over 7 years experience
running a family owned business in Pocomoke, MD. His passion for vibrant
and spiritually healthy marriages will serve as a strong point in
Anthony’s counseling skills. Individual counseling is also an area
of strength with Anthony.
Anthony served in the Unites States Air Force for over 7 years
while also receiving a degree in Business Management. Since Anthony
has become a Christian, he has had a drive to share the life and
power of Jesus Christ with others.
Anthony feels that he was lead of the Lord to start a ministry
called Christians On a Mission over 6 years ago that focuses on
High School and College Students who need to know the love of Jesus.
Anthony and his wife Ashley reside in Pocomoke City. He has attended
Emmanuel Wesleyan Church with his family in Salisbury for several
years.

Wendy Wharton, MA, LPCMH
Wendy Wharton has been working as a mental health and physical advisor on Delmarva for over two decades. Wendy holds a Master's Degree in Community Counseling from Wilmington College. She has a Mental Health License from the State of Delaware (LPCMH).
Through her training and experience, Wendy has gained a deep understanding of the complex issues surrounding marriage and family. Her passion is helping couples and families improve their relationship. She has the desire & skills to treat relational issues, marriage & family discord, stress, anxiety and depression. She works to discern the role of couples and to restore authority to parents of challenging children and teens. She meets clients where they are, in a non-judgmental fashion and helps them identify their strengths by assisting them in creating strategies to meet their counseling goals. Her down-to-earth and calming style allows clients to feel at ease. Wendy believes that compassionate, Christian counseling allows clients to gain growth and understanding of the issues they face and find solutions for balance and peace.
Wendy is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors, American Counselors Association, Delaware School Counselors Association, Delaware Counseling Association, American Christian Schools International and American Fitness Professionals Association.
Wendy is also a middle school track & field coach. She views life
as she does the track: life has hurdles but by keeping your eyes
on the goal, none are insurmountable. She has a committed relationship
with her husband, and her greatest joy is her family. She and her
family attend Messiah's Vineyard Church in Laurel, Delaware, where
they currently reside.
