Individual Intensive Outpatient (IOP) This approach addresses the client’s sexual addiction using proven therapeutic models of counseling from a clinical/Christian perspective and brings immediate stabilization to a crisis situation. Individual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Our three-day intensive (18–20 hours) is designed to stabilize crisis situations and address the deep emotional and spiritual roots of sexual addiction. Using proven clinical models integrated with biblical principles, therapists focus on:

Family systems and personal temperament

Trauma and abuse history

Compulsive behavior patterns and triggers

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Spiritual foundations for lasting freedom
Temporary abstinence (typically 60–90 days) may be recommended to help identify triggers and establish healthy patterns. The goal is not shame-based abstinence, but true freedom and restoration.
​Intensive Group Workshop (IGW)
This three-day retreat-style workshop (Wednesday–Saturday) brings together a small group of men seeking recovery in a structured, supportive environment.

Led through The Underground Ministry, founded to provide specialized support for men and spouses affected by sexual addiction, the workshop combines teaching, group process, and practical recovery planning. Participants explore the emotional, spiritual, and neurological aspects of addiction and leave with renewed hope and a clear path forward.

Weekly Individual Therapy
One-hour sessions are available for individuals or couples seeking ongoing support. This option is well-suited for less severe cases or continued care after intensive treatment.
Support Groups
Support groups for men and spouses are available throughout Delaware and Maryland in partnership with The Underground Ministry.
